Following the successful introduction of its new Airbus A350-900 aircraft, British Airways has also now retrofitted its recently introduced Club Suite on a Boeing 777.

The first B777 aircraft with the Club Suite will operate between London Heathrow and New York JFK, effective immediately.

It will operate on flight BA173, departing Heathrow at 1120, and BA112, departing JFK at 1830, until March 2020.

The new Club Suite cabin is in a 1:2:1 configuration with aisle access for all passengers and offers a fully-flat bed, sliding privacy door and an 18.5-inch Panasonic X3 in-flight entertainment system.

All of British Airways’ long-haul aircraft, apart from its B747s, which are gradually being retired, will eventually get the Club Suite.

The routes on which the new A350-900 is operating are to Dubai (BA107 and BA106) and Toronto (BA93 and BA92). BA has also confirmed that Tel Aviv and Bengaluru will be the third and fourth regular destinations served by the new aircraft.
