London Gatwick special assistance provider strike – Customer Guidelines

The company that provides special assistance at London Gatwick (LGW) airport are planning to take strike action on Tuesday 20 and Wednesday 21 November 2018. British Airways intend to operate a full schedule, but if the strike goes ahead, there will be limited mobility assistance available for both arriving and departing customers.
